5. Pricing and Payment

    All prices on our website are in GBP and are exclusive of VAT, unless otherwise stated. The total price of the order, including VAT and any applicable delivery charges, will be confirmed before completing the checkout process.
  • Payment:
    Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We accept payments via PayPal, Bacs Bank Transfer or Cash in store. BE&P Ltd reserves the right to refuse any order at its discretion.

6. Delivery and Shipping

    Delivery times will vary depending on the products ordered and the customization required. We will provide an estimated delivery date at the time of order confirmation.
  • Shipping Costs:
    Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and the weight of the order.
  • International Shipping:
    For international orders, additional customs charges may apply, which are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds

  • Cancellations:
    If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. Customised items cannot be canceled after production has begun.
  • Returns:
    As most of our products are customized, we do not accept returns unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival. If the item is faulty, please notify us within 14 days of receiving the product.
  • Refunds:
    Refunds will only be processed for faulty or incorrectly supplied goods, and only once the product is returned to us. Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive the returned item.

  • Our total liability for any claim related to the use of our services will be limited to the total value of the order placed by the customer.

11. Consumer Cancellation Rights

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers in the UK have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of receipt of the goods. However, this right does not apply to customized or personalized items.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland and the UK. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Northern Ireland.

13. Force Majeure

BE&P Ltd will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of our obligations if such delay is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, war, or technical issues.
